Because of the structure of today’s healthcare and insurance landscape, medical facilities are forced to care more about their profit-and-loss statements than you, the patient. The average physician carries a patient load of about 2,500 patients each year, which translates to as many as 24-28 patient appointments each day. For most Americans, a typical face-to-face visit with your doctor lasts about 6 minutes.

In contrast, each of our doctors is committed to carrying a patient load of no more than 400 patients a year. We see just 5-6 patients in a typical day. With our smaller patient loads, we are able to spend more time with you, get to know you, and provide personalized, comprehensive care.

We charge an annual membership fee that includes unlimited visits and 24/7 access to your doctor. When you compare that annual membership fee to traditional medical fees, you’ll often see a cost savings. At many other doctors’ offices or urgent care clinics, you don’t even know what you’ll be charged until you receive a bill. We know our patients value the transparency of our membership fee.

In comparison to other practice models, our patients also gain significant time savings. You don’t have to wait minutes on hold to schedule an appointment, hours to receive a call or email response, and days or weeks to see a doctor. In many other facilities, a physician’s pay is tied to their appointments, forcing patients to schedule a visit and come into the office in order to receive care. Because of our practice model, we can offer care through a virtual visit, phone call, and email when an in-office appointment is not necessary.
